To achieve this goal, the brand sought to pitch itself as an expert in the space with a series of white papers and blogs based on internal employer data and broader labour statistics.
The strategy was to create quality, peer-reviewed content heavily based on market research, with different versions for employers, employees and Flare partner networks.
